Dale Hoyer, Chief Executive Officer
Dale Hoyer is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of business, financial services, and restaurant experience, including almost 15 years of experience leading business process outsourcing companies. Dale joined InfoSync as Chief Executive Officer in 2006, where he has directed the company through a period of tremendous growth.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Dale was Senior Vice President of Accenture BPO Services. Dale was also the co-founder and President of Franchise Services Company, formerly the largest multi-unit restaurant accounting outsourcing firm, which was subsequently acquired by Accel/KKR and McDonald’s and then by Accenture.
Dale has also worked in the restaurant industry as Corporate Controller for Pizza Hut Inc. and directed an initiative of providing accounting services to Pizza Hut Franchisees. Previously, Dale was a Senior Audit Manager with Ernst & Young serving a diverse group of public and private clients in the restaurant and financial services industries.
Dale earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Wichita State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
David Oden, President
David Oden is an experienced financial executive who has worked in the restaurant business for more than 25 years. David joined InfoSync as President in 2004, where he has help direct the company’s operations and marketing through a period of tremendous growth.
Prior to joining InfoSync, David was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Texas Land & Cattle Steak House where he raised private equity, closed on senior debt financing, and oversaw human resources, information systems, accounting, risk management, purchasing, marketing and administration.
David was also Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Silver Diner, Inc., and helped take the chain public. David was also Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary for publicly held Pancho’s Mexican Buffet and later, as a Director of the company, he served as chair of the audit committee and helped negotiate the company’s sale to a private investor in July 2001. Previously, David was a Manager with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in their Emerging Business Services Group.
David earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dan Brannan, Senior Vice President
Dan Brannan is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of restaurant and financial experience. Dan joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in 2004 and was responsible for managing operations and service delivery during the company’s initial growth. In Dan’s current role, he is primarily responsible for leading the company’s strategic initiatives surrounding business systems, ensuring that InfoSync’s applications continue to empower the success of its employees and clients.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Dan served as Vice President, Finance, for Texas Land & Cattle Steak House. Previously, he was a founding employee of Fishbowl.com, Chief Financial Officer of Austin Grill, and Chief Financial Officer of Silver Diner. Dan was also an auditor with KPMG serving a diverse group of public and private clients.
Dan earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Joshua Bartel, Vice President Web Services
Joshua Bartel, an experienced IT professional, has been working in the outsourced accounting business specializing in building business intelligence and reporting tools for restaurant operators since 1998. Joshua joined InfoSync in 2006 and has been integral in forming InfoSync’s web products and building the Information Technology Team and IT infrastructure. As Vice President Web Services, he is responsible for setting the product road map and priorities for web development and managing the reporting relationships with Clients. Joshua is responsible for the architecture and development of InfoSync’s RightViewWeb reporting tool.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Joshua was the Director of Business Intelligence for RSM McGladrey, FPO, where he worked to create vendor relationships as it relates to data gathering and Business Intelligence initiatives. Previously, Joshua was Director of Information Management of Business Intelligence at Franchise Services Company.
Joshua earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
Jan Dietrich, Vice President Operations
Jan Dietrich is an experienced financial executive with over 20 years experience in the restaurant and hotel industry. Jan joined InfoSync as Vice President Operations for the Oklahoma City office in 2011. Jan is responsible for human capital planning and oversees the delivery of all client services and relations for the office.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Jan was Chief Operating Officer for Lone Star Business Solutions’ shared service center, supporting four restaurant brands with 132 locations. Under her leadership, the services provided by LSBS were successfully transitioned to InfoSync.
Previously, Jan was Vice President, Controller, for Crestline Hotels & Resorts. The company managed 67 branded hotels with revenues of $600 million per year. The company experienced rapid growth, adding 48 hotels in four years while under her executive accounting leadership.
Jan earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Baker University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Debby Haskell, Vice President Operations
Debby Haskell is an experienced financial executive with over 25 years experience in the restaurant industry. Debby joined InfoSync as Vice President Operations for the Wichita office in 2007. Debby is responsible for the accounting, payroll, and distribution operations for the Clients serviced from the Wichita office.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Debby was Vice President of Financial Reporting for Accenture for three years. Debby was also a co-founder and Vice President of Franchise Services Company.
Previously, Debby was manager of Franchise Accounting and other accounting functions at Pizza Hut Inc. Her responsibilities included controller of Eastside Mario’s and managing the franchise accounting services department at Pizza Hut for 300 units.
Debby earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Wichita State University.
Jim Pinegar, Vice President Finance
Jim joined InfoSync Services as Vice President of Finance in 2011. Jim plans, directs and administers functional activities related to treasury, accounting, and financial analysis for the company. He is also involved with capital and operational budgeting and long-range planning.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Jim served in Risk Management for U.S. AgBank, a $25 billion dollar Government Sponsored Enterprise. Previously, Jim was an auditor with KPMG, serving a diverse group of public and private clients.
Jim earned both a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Washburn University and is both a licensed Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark Roberson, Vice President Technology
Mark Roberson is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years in the multi-unit retail and restaurant industries and IT consulting. Mark joined InfoSync as Vice President Technology in 2011. He is responsible for aligning technology with InfoSync’s strategic goals as well as managing and guiding infrastructure and development teams.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Mark worked as a design architect, designing large virtual systems and Microsoft SQL server implementations. Mark has also worked for a large restaurant franchisee as the Information Technology Director, where he implemented a new POS system, as well as a web-based above-store reporting system. Mark has worked overseas as Information Technology Director for Harrods Ltd., replacing the retailer’s non-compliant year 2000 POS and infrastructure. Previously, Mark worked for a large multi-unit retail company developing loan financial software and POS systems.
Mark attended Wichita State University and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft IT Specialist, Microsoft Systems Engineer, and has certifications from VMWare and EMC.
Denise Christian, Director Human Resources
Denise Christian joined InfoSync as Director Human Resources in 2010. Denise is responsible for managing the company’s HR programs, including policies, employee relations, staffing, recruiting, performance management, compensation, and benefit administration.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Denise was Human Resources Director at Accenture. Denise was also a co-founder of Franchise Services Company and served as Corporate Controller, overseeing internal financials, accounts payable, payroll, tax, client billing and collection, employee benefits.
Previously, Denise was Manager of Corporate Accounting at Pizza Hut Inc. Her responsibilities included accounting for all G&A departments in the corporate office.
Denise earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wichita State University.
Steve Davis, Director Sales
Steve Davis joined InfoSync as Director Transitions in 2007. Steve was responsible for coordinating the on-boarding of all new clients. Steve became Director Sales at the end of 2011 and is now responsible for developing new business.
Prior to InfoSync, Steve worked for Franchise Services Company managing the on-boarding of new clients and providing technical support for the sales team. Steve has also worked for Tricon Restaurants International (now YUM! Brands) in their franchise accounting and consolidations departments.
Previously, Steve was on the Audit staff of Ernst & Young, serving public and private clients.
Steve earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Wichita State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Lisa Hoy, Director Transitions
Lisa Hoy joined InfoSync as Director Transitions in 2011. Lisa is responsible for coordinating the on-boarding of all new clients.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Lisa served as the Accounting Supervisor for Newman Regional Health where she was responsible for managing the accounting department and preparing the financial statements for a 99 bed non-profit HFAP-accredited county hospital. Lisa has also served in various leadership roles for Accenture BPO Services and previously Franchise Services Company, including Director, Senior Solutions Analyst, and Vice President of Processing.
Lisa has also worked as a Senior Process Analyst for Koch Industries. Previously, Lisa worked for Tricon Global Restaurants (now Yum! Brands) as Manager of Process Improvement and then Manager of Accounts Payable. Lisa also worked for Taco Grande in various restaurant operations positions.
Lisa earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Wichita State University.
Karen Martinez, Director Tax
Karen joined InfoSync as Director Tax in February 2007. Karen directs the payroll and sales tax services provided for all Clients. She is also responsible for the analysis of existing and upcoming tax legislation to ensure regulatory compliance. Karen also directs the license administration staff in the renewal of permits and licenses held by InfoSync clients.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Karen worked for Accenture BPO Services and Franchise Services Company as Director of Tax. Karen has also worked for CCH as an analyst of ProSystem income tax software. Previously, Karen worked at Pizza Hut Inc. as a Tax Specialist and, later, as a Tax Supervisor.
Karen earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Friends University.
Virginia Nash, Director Payroll
Virginia Nash joined InfoSync as Director Payroll for the Wichita office in 2007. Virginia’s primary role is to develop, lead and direct the Wichita payroll and benefits departments in servicing InfoSync clients.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Virginia was the Director of Payroll for Accenture BPO Services and Franchise Services Company where she had the full responsibility for all payroll and benefit services for their Clients. Virginia has also worked at Pizza Hut Inc., where her responsibilities ranged from a payroll specialist to a management role in the payroll and benefits department.
Virginia attended Wichita State University and is a member of the American Payroll Association.
Randy Wicklund, Director Payroll
Randy joined InfoSync as Director Payroll for the Oklahoma City office in March 2008. Randy’s primary role is to develop, lead and direct the Oklahoma City payroll department in servicing InfoSync clients.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Randy was Director of Payroll for Sonic Corp. and Manager of Retail Financial Services for Fleming Companies.
Randy earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration (Finance), and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Randy is also a member of the American Payroll Association.
