April 8, 2020

To Our Valued Clients,

InfoSync’s purpose is to provide people, processes, and technology so our customers can focus on their core business.  During this COVID-19 Pandemic, we want you to know that InfoSync is focused on taking care of our people and being here for our clients.  We are an essential component to your business by providing all accounting and payroll processing and support along with providing the reporting you need to operate your business.  We have connected directly with you to discuss your plans and we will continue to ensure we are best serving your needs and meeting deadlines and expectations.

We will continue to follow the recommendations of the CDC and other federal and state health officials.  In addition, we are closely monitoring federal and state regulators and authorities to stay abreast of changing deadlines and statutes and passing that information along to all of you.  We obviously have halted all travel and will reassess at a much later time.  We have a large number of our employees working remote, which helps ensure the work environment has proper distancing and is the safest for the employees that need to be in the office to perform their responsibilities.

We will communicate pertinent information and changes with you as the Pandemic evolves.  Our primary goal is protecting the safety and welfare of our team members while continuing to meet client needs.  We have great team members and great clients, and we are optimistic we will work through these challenges and come through stronger than before.  We value your partnership and thank you for your trust and confidence in us.

Please let us know should you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you,

Dale Hoyer

How InfoSync can Help

We are actively monitoring COVID-19 and are taking the necessary steps to ensure a safe and productive environment for our employees, customers, and partners. As always, the safety and well-being of our employees and customers remains our top priority. We are continuing to monitor news from the CDC and World Health Organization (WHO) for further information and will provide updates to our employees and clients as needed.  As you and your teams are implementing continuity plans in response to the progression of COVID-19, your interests are top of mind.  Please know that you can rely on InfoSync to do the same.  Below are ways we are assisting our customers today, along with additional avenues to learn more about COVID-19.

Strategic Planning: The Future Beyond COVID-19

Multi-Unit business owners need to embrace a low cost operating model in times of growing business pressures while keeping and maintaining high-value talent and remaining focused on strategic activities.  By streamlining processes and using digital technologies to eliminate resistance, businesses can drive down costs, free up resources, and focus on what matters: THEIR CORE BUSINESS!  For example, managing processes such as Finance & Accounting and Human Resource Operations, from end-to-end and ideally with an outsourced process owner, removes the need for manual handoffs, reduces errors, and cuts the cost of the function.
